It's a good backup drive or robust storage with a built. Drobo (second generation, 2TB) dro4dd10wdc1tb2. I run it connected to a 3.06 GHZ 24 inch iMac with 4GB of ram on Mac OSX 10.5.7 using Firewire 800.

I’ve had a second gen Drobo for about a month and I thought I’d share my thoughts on the device.
